BldBot provides a platform that allows users to create custom AI chatbots by scraping content from URLs provided by the user. The Service includes the software, training models, widget embedding capabilities, and associated dashboard analytics.

3. User Obligations and Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the Service to:

• Scrape or process data from websites you do not own or have explicit permission to scrape.
• Generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
• Attempt to bypass or exploit the Service's security measures.
• Violate any applicable laws, intellectual property rights, or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BldBot and its licensors. You retain all rights to the data you provide to train your chatbots. By providing data to the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that data solely for the purpose of operating your custom chatbot.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BldBot, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
